K\u00f5ige rohkem\u00a0kasutavad kinesioteipi sportlased, traumadest paranejad. Mina olen edukalt kinesioteipi kasutanud nii oma patsientide kui ka enda peal.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Kinesioteip on elastsest kangast valmistatud teip, mis on p\u00e4rit Jaapanist. Teip on vastupidiselt j\u00e4igale sporditeibile veniv ning p\u00fcsib nahal \u00fcldjuhul v\u00e4hemalt 5 (kuni isegi 14) p\u00e4eva. Teibiga v\u00f5ib k\u00e4ia saunas, ujumas ja pesemas jne.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinesioteibi p\u00f5hilised efektid on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nahka t\u00f5stes suureneb nahaalune ruum,<\/li>\n<li>paraneb tsirkulatsioon (kiirendab l\u00fcmfi ja muu vedeliku imendumist, sh. verevalumite imendumist),<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e4bi n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi stimuleerib teibitud piirkonda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinesioteipimise vastun\u00e4idustusteks on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nahahaigused, alanenud nahatundlikkus, katkine nahk<\/li>\n<li>s\u00fcdame- ja neerupuudulikkus,<\/li>\n<li>v\u00e4hk,<\/li>\n<li>teadmata p\u00f5hjustel tekkinud tursed,<\/li>\n<li>raseduse esimene trimester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Siin postituses keskendun rasedatele ning v\u00e4rsketele emadele! Muutustega v\u00f5ivad kaasneda probleemid, mis \u00fcldjuhul peale s\u00fcnnitust taanduvad. Teibis endas mingisugust ravimit ei leidu, seet\u00f5ttu on ta raseduse ajal <strong>ohutu<\/strong> alternatiiv valuvaigistitele ja muudele arstimitele.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Enne esmakordset teipimist on oluline teha nahatest &#8211; asetada v\u00e4ike t\u00fckk teipi kehale, et v\u00e4listada allergia.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Olen rasedaid kinesioteipinud alates 2015. aasta l\u00f5pust. Tagasiside on olnud v\u00e4gagi positiivne! Kasvav loode m\u00f5jutab keha raskuskeset ning sellest tekib lisakoormus seljale, millega v\u00f5ib kaasneda ebamugavus v\u00f5i valulikkus.<\/p>\n<p>Kaebusi v\u00f5ib aidata leevendada nii <strong>alaselja kui ka k\u00f5hu v\u00f5i m\u00f5lema teipimine.<\/strong> Mooduseid on mitmeid. Selga teibitakse p\u00fcstises asendis ettekummardades. K\u00f5htu selili, kuna siis on k\u00f5ht kehale k\u00f5ige l\u00e4hemal.
