See on keeruline vahel m\u00f5ista, aga p\u00fcsi minuga! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Skolioos ei ole ainult l\u00fclisamba k\u00f5verdumine k\u00fclgsuunas, <strong>vaid toimub ka l\u00fclisamba rotatsioon ehk p\u00f6\u00f6rdumine<\/strong>.&nbsp;Seet\u00f5ttu on ka n\u00e4iteks ettekallutuses n\u00e4ha \u00fclaseljal roietest tekkivat \u201ck\u00fc\u00fcru\u201d.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Pikemalt&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: inherit; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fusioterapeutsandra.ee\/en\/skolioos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skolioosi kohta loe siit.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ljendunud rinnaosa skolioosi puhul on <strong>hingamismuster as\u00fcmmeetriline ehk rindkere ei laiene v\u00f5rdselt.<\/strong> Kopsud avanevad sissehingates suundadesse, kuhu neil on muutunud rindkere asendi t\u00f5ttu rohkem \u201cruumi\u201d ning lihtsam liikuda. Ka diafragma tavap\u00e4rane t\u00f6\u00f6 on piiratud, kuna selle kinnituskohtade (roiete) asend on teine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<figure>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fysioterapeutsandra.files.wordpress.com\/2020\/04\/scoliosis-vs-normal-spine.gif?w=280\" alt=\"scoliosis-vs-normal-spine\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Et parandada rindkere asendit ning v\u00e4ljan\u00e4gemist on oluline oma hingamismustrit muuta ning \u00f5ppida teadliku hingamisega avama n-\u00f6 kokkuvajunud (<strong>konkaavseid<\/strong>, k\u00f5veruse vastaspoole) piirkondi. Seda kutsutakse ka rotatsiooniliseks hingamiseks (RAB \u2013 ing k. rotational angular breathing).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Konkaavsetesse piirkondadesse teadlikult hingates on v\u00f5imalik m\u00f5jutada piiratud liikuvusega roideid ja laiendada kopsude osasid, mis on v\u00e4hem ventileeritud.&nbsp;<strong>Konvekse<\/strong>&nbsp;ala (k\u00f5veruse poolse) pingutamine hingamise ajal aitab v\u00e4hendada nende alade edasist laienemist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;\">Korrigeerivatesse harjutustesse teadliku hingamise lisamiseks on vajalik maksimaalne kehat\u00fcve pikendamine, et v\u00e4hendada survet konkaavsetele, \u201ckokkuvajunud\u201d aladele ning anda n-\u00f6 ruumi liigutuse toimumiseks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: normal;\">Alloleval pildil on nooltega n\u00e4idatud, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kuhu \u00f5hk liigub, kui skolioos rinnaosas paremale.<\/span>&nbsp;Paremal pool liiguvad sissehingates roided tahapoole (kus on ka n\u00e4htav skolioosile iseloomulik \u201ck\u00fc\u00fcr\u201d ettekallutades (pilt 2). Vasakul pool liiguvad eesmised alumised roided ettepoole. Nooltega n\u00e4idatud alloleval pildil: paremal pool <strong>eesmiste alumiste roiete juurde<\/strong> (\u201ck\u00fc\u00fcru\u201d vastaspoolele, ing k. ventral flat zone) ja vasakul <strong>tagumiste roiete juurde. <\/strong>Kummilindi abiga saad tunnetada, kas ka reaalselt &#8220;\u00f5igesse&#8221; kohta oma hingamist suunad (pilt 2).<strong><br><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><br>Sellise derotatsiooni soodustamiseks on ka Schroth harjutuste ajal selili konveksete alade all padjakesed.
