Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreement signing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1 Registreerumine teenusele toimub telefoni (+372 503 7356), e-maili (fysioterapeutsandra@gmail.com) teel v\u00f5i kohapeal (Koidu 70, Tallinn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2 When Client is registered for the service, an oral or written agreement between the Provider (Sandra O\u00dc) and Client is signed. Client has the right to get the service at the registered time, if the providing of the service is possible and there are no restricting circumstances;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3 The agreement contract for providing the service includes this general agreement and the oral or written agreement between the Client and Provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By registering to the service the Client agrees to follow the rules for providing the service:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1 Client is obligated to pay for the service price accordance with the price list established by the Provider hinnakirjale<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2 The Client is responsible for the respective health condition for the service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3 The Provider is allowed to ask for advance payment. Provider is allowed to change the price list. When price list is changed, the Client is charged the price applied when registering to the service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.4 If Client does not show up to the service and does not cancel the appointment later than 24 hours<\/strong> prior to the registered time, the Client is obliged to pay 50% of the price list for the service<\/strong>. The sooner the Client cancels, more likely can the Provider help an another client in the same appointment. If the Client is late 15 minutes, the time for the service is decreased by it and full price is still to be paid. Being late for more than 15 minutes, the Provider has the right to cancel the appointment and full payment is still needed. In case the Client does not pay on time, the Provider has the right to ask 0.1% interest per day for every day delayed until the full amount is paid. The Provider has the right to assign claims against the Client to a company providing collection services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5 The Provider has the right to refuse to provide services to the Client, including registration for the provision of services, if the Client has not paid the prescribed amounts, ie the Client is indebted to the service provider or the provision of the service is in conflict with the general terms and conditions of the contract or there are other circumstances provided by legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1 The Provider processes and stores the personal data of the Clients only for the specified purposes on the basis of the applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaints:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1 If a disagreement arises between the Client and the Provider regarding the provision of the service, it shall be resolved through negotiations and without the involvement of third parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in Tallinn, Harju County Court, on the basis of the law of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
